Darrah Kennedy

Provisional Psychologist

Darrah Kennedy is a Registered Provisional Psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists and a member of the Psychologists’ Association of Alberta. She completed her Master of Science in Counselling Psychology at the University of Calgary and her thesis research focused on the impact of trauma on adult psychological functioning. Darrah’s approach to counselling is one of curiosity. She is client-centred and uses active listening and reflective questioning to draw out important and relevant information. She strongly feels that the answers are within the client, and even children can identify what they perceive to be the problem and how they might solve it if provided a safe, non-judgmental space to explore
