Mental Health Assessments

$600 (Adults and Children 12+)

Our brain-based, precision  mental health assessments are an excellent starting point for individuals experiencing ADHD, anxiety, depression, PTSD, burnout, sleep difficulties or for those that are struggling and just don’t know why. This assessment is available for anyone aged 12 year and up.

This assessment combines a clinical interview, symptom review, standardized questionnaires, and a computerized EEG screening (Clinical Q) to identify common brainwave patterns associated with attention, mood, stress, sleep, and cognitive functioning. The goal is to answer questions such as:

  • Why am I struggling with focus, motivation, or emotional regulation?
  • Does my brain show patterns commonly seen in ADHD, anxiety, trauma, or burnout?
  • What neurofeedback approach is most appropriate for me?
  • What other therapies or interventions may be helpful?

You will receive a personalized treatment plan outlining your strengths, challenges, and recommendations for neurofeedback and other supportive therapies.  Your follow up session includes neurofeedback.

QEEG Assessment/Brain Map and Report

$900 (Includes Assessment, Brain Maps, Report and Treatment Plan)

Our Quantitative EEG (QEEG) Assessment is our most comprehensive brain-based assessment and can be done with children as young as 2 years old.

Using a 19-channel EEG recording, we measure brain activity across multiple conditions and compare your results to a normative database. Advanced analysis allows us to identify areas of over-activation, under-activation, network communication difficulties, and functional patterns commonly associated with ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), anxiety, PTSD, concussion, chronic pain, sleep disorders, cognitive fatigue, long-Covid and other neurological or mental health concerns.  A QEEG provides:

  • Detailed brain maps illustrating brain function
  • Analysis of brain network communication and connectivity
  • Identification of regions that may be over- or under-working
  • Information regarding attention, emotional regulation, sleep, sensory processing, and executive functioning
  • A highly individualized neurofeedback treatment plan

This assessment is particularly valuable for clients with complex presentations, concussion/TBI, treatment-resistant symptoms, neurodivergence, cognitive impairment, or those seeking the most detailed understanding of how their brain functions.  Assessments include a detailed report and follow up session that includes neurofeedback.

Fees

Our assessments are completed over two appointments and include the assessment, report, treatment plan, and your first neurofeedback session. Session One: We complete the EEG recordings and a clinical interview to better understand your symptoms, history, goals, sleep, and overall brain health.Session Two (approximately one week later): We review your results together, explain the findings in clear, easy-to-understand language, discuss personalized recommendations, and complete your first neurofeedback session. Many clients tell us that learning how their brain health impacts their mental, emotional, and physical well-being is one of the most valuable parts of the assessment process.
