Level-2 Home Sleep Studies
Feeling tired, foggy, or unmotivated, but can’t figure out why? Until now, getting answers about your sleep meant waiting years for a hospital study. We’re excited to offer Level-2 Home Sleep Studies, a complete, clinical-grade analysis of your brain activity, heart rhythm, breathing, oxygen, and muscle movement, all recorded while you sleep comfortably in your own bed. We take a brain-based approach to sleep health because when your brain sleeps well, everything works better. Fee includes initial consultation, sleep study, report with treatment plan and initial therapy session.
Fees
- Personalized therapy sessions, including neurofeedback (may include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia, ACT for Sleep, or trauma-informed psychotherapy – $175 / 50 minute session.
- Level 2 Home Sleep Study (Polysomnography) – includes initial consultation, sleep study, report with treatment plan and initial therapy session. $850.00
- You also have the option of combining sleep data with QEEG brain mapping for a complete view of daytime and nighttime brain function to guide precision treatment planning ($1,500.00).
